1969
Founding of the Company

The company was founded by Siegfried Trautmann in Bielefeld, Brake. First larger orders, e.g. the Bielefeld city railway and the Wuppertal floating tram. At the beginning of the 1980s, the MontBlanc station was built with high-quality showcases for global use.

1983
Company Relocation

The company moved into larger production areas in the Bornholmstraße.

1990/91
Company Moved to its Current Location

New office building and multiple assembly halls at today’s company headquarters at the Grafenheider Straße.

2000
New Construction

Construction of a new logistics center.

2005
Acquisition of TEBAU

Acquisition of the showcase-assembly from the company TEBAU.

2006
ST-Digital

Start of the division ST-DIGITAL as an independent functional unit for the development, design and manufacturing of indoor and outdoor monitor solutions.

New Shareholders

Sale of the company to a new group of shareholders.

Entry of Waldemar Passon

Entry of Waldemar Passon to the Board of Management, who now leads the company alongside Siegfried Trautmann.

2014
New Construction

Construction of an additional hall (3000m²) with office rooms and production space, close to the logistics center.

2015
Entry of Arne Schlüter </br>Trade Fair in the USA

Entry of Arne Schlüter into the board of management.

Establishment of a distribution base in the USA and first exhibition at the GLOBALSHOP2015 in Las Vegas.

2016
New Rail Framewok Contracts </br>Logistics Expansion </br> Welding Certificates

Conclusion of many framework contracts for the direct nationwide delivery of Deutsche Bahn and extension of framework contracts with the Austrian Federal Railroad (ÖBB). Pilot project entitled “Station of tomorrow” in cooperation with the Stuttgarter Stadtbahn.

Installation of an innovative warehouse system at the logistic center as well as expansion of CNC sheet metal forming.

Certification for welding aluminum and steel structures according to DIN EN 1090.
