A glass showcase may be manufactured entirely from glass, but it may also be a glass showcase with an aluminum frame. We manufacture both kinds. Some of our products can be found in our online shop, along with prices.Or you may want to request a price for a special design. Don't hesitate to contact our Sales Department for more details.
Whenever a showcase is made as an all-glass model, the glass panes of the assembly are not joined with a section of aluminum profile. The individual panes of glass are permanently glued together, usually involving a UV hardening process, which keeps the joints secure and stable for many years. Either ESG safety glass or VSG laminated safety glass is typically used. Floating glass or other kinds of glass are used only very rarely. This kind of showcaes is very popular in museums and wherever the display of high-quality materials is planned.
When a glass showcase is manufactured with an aluminum framing, the glass panes are first framed with an aluminum molding. The individual panes are then held together with stable corner connectors. This results in the assembly assuming a rigid stability. The advantage of this system is that the individual glass panes can be replaced. The replacement of individual panes of glass is not possible if the showcase is an all-glass model. For this reason, this model is used primarily for rented showcases and during exhibitions.
